It's been a while since we have seen Anne on the red carpet, and she makes a dramatic return wearing a luxe black midi dress by Christopher Kane. The event was honoring Matthew McConaghay, who happens to be Anne's co-star in the upcoming sci-fi thriller 'Intersetallar' (saw the trailer this weekend, looks good).
Anne is all about the midi trend in a black mesh rope-embellished dress from the designer's Spring/Summer 2015 collection - from a distance, this looks like tattoo embroidery, but up close you can see the ropes.. and there are a lot of them! It's a stunning piece, the ropes climbing up her neck is tough to pull off, but a reminder that black mesh with embellishment is most definitely in style this season and next!
